Kim is a highly respected fundraising strategist and relationship-builder with more than 30 years of success spanning nonprofit development, capital campaigns, marketing communications, advertising, and event planning. She brings a deep, practical understanding of fundraising at every level and is widely known for her donor-centered approach—listening carefully, aligning philanthropic passion with mission, and translating relationships into transformational results.

Over her career, Kim has directed multi-million-dollar capital campaigns and helped raise more than $85 million in philanthropic support across Wisconsin. Her expertise includes campaign leadership development, major and principal gift strategy, donor cultivation and solicitation, feasibility studies, prospect research, campaign communications, moves management systems, and timeline execution. A goal-oriented and highly strategic planner, she inspires confidence among boards, executive leadership, volunteers, and major donors alike.

Kim holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Advertising and Public Relations from Southern Illinois University and serves as a board member on the Alzheimer’s Association of WI and the Association of Fundraising Professionals. She resides in Wauwatosa and enjoys spending time with Lou.
