Tracey is a seasoned non-profit leader with over 30 years of fundraising experience providing leadership, vision and strategic development plans initiatives for both small and large, complex organizations resulting in consistent and substantial revenue growth. She has led several successful multi-million-dollar capital campaigns in healthcare and other social service agencies. She loves the excitement and transformation a campaign can bring to an organization.
Tracey believes that philanthropy is personal, each donor is unique, and a donor’s story and reason for giving inspire her to work hard to make their dreams a reality.
Tracey earned a B.S. degree in public relations and advertising from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. She lives in Grafton, WI and enjoys attending sporting events, area festivals, and creating meaningful moments with her family.
